  1. I understand the joke you are making, but a better translation, in this case, for "l'tzalem" is to photocopy, meaning that the original teudah must be displayed and not a photocopy.

  2. No, I can relate - on a recent trip to the States I took a picture of my husband standing next to a sign that said "No Parking, Standing, Stopping Anytime." Obviously it referred to standing cars, not people, but the joke seemed worth the cost of a digital photo.
